Artos Ryton MR12060 Hardwired Towel Warmer - 24"w x 47"h

OnlyTowelWarmers is an authorized Artos dealer — every Artos model we sell is factory-new with the full manufacturer warranty.

Even if you have never owned a towel warmer, you know the feeling.  You know how it feels to reach into the still warm dryer and pull out the hot clothes, the heat radiating off of them and the incredible softness of the fabrics.  On a cold day, you feel tempted to hold the warm laundry against you or to run off with the laundry and change into some freshly dried, toasty warm pajamas.

With the Artos Ryton mounted towel warmer, you can experience that sensation each time you step out of the shower.  Instead of quickly drying off as you shiver in the cold, tile room, you can envelop yourself in the toasty warmth of a heated towel or robe.  Even the coldest of mornings won’t be able to get you down. Stay warm and cozy with our collection of wall-mounted towel warmers.

The Only Towel Warmers Peace-of-Mind Guarantee

Luxurious comfort, backed by unmatched protection.

At Only Towel Warmers, we believe purchasing a luxury bath fixture should be as seamless and comforting as stepping into a warm towel. We stand behind our curated collection of premium towel warmers and LED mirrors with industry-leading policies designed around your complete satisfaction.

🌟 What Sets Us Apart: The Zero-Cost Warranty Promise

When you buy from big-box retailers or general marketplace sites, a warranty issue often means hidden costs—most competitors require you to pay out-of-pocket return shipping just to replace a defective unit under warranty.

We do things differently. If your towel warmer or LED Mirror experiences any manufacturer defects within the warranty period, Only Towel Warmers covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We coordinate the return process directly so you can get a replacement unit without spending a dime on shipping fees. That’s our family-owned commitment to quality.

🛡️ 60-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

Don't love it? We give you 60 full days to ensure your unit fits your space and design vision perfectly—double the industry standard.

• Zero Restocking Fees ($0 Cost to You): While most online retailers and big-box stores charge hidden restocking fees of 15% to 25% on returned bath fixtures, Only Towel Warmers waives all restocking fees on standard towel warmers and LED mirrors. We absorb those costs entirely so you can shop for your home with total peace of mind.

• Return Conditions: Items must be in brand-new, uninstalled condition with original packaging, hardware, and tags included. Return shipping for non-defective preference returns is paid by the customer.

• How to Initiate: Simply email customerservice@onlytowelwarmers.com or call/text us at 615-924-8697. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and clear step-by-step instructions.

📌 Custom & Made-to-Order Exceptions

Because custom and bespoke fixtures are built specifically to your tailored dimensions and finishes, the following items are non-returnable once produced (unless defective):

• Custom-ordered units and custom color/finish selections.

• Runtal: Custom-made units (White finish, Fain stainless, Omnipanel chrome, and Neptune chrome remain returnable).

• Sterlingham: Bespoke units (orders can be modified or canceled within 3 days of placement).
