A towel warmer should never become wall art because a heating element gave out in year four. So we stand behind the warmers we sell longer than the factory does.
Buy any Amba Jeeves, Amba Traditional, Calmova, or Artos towel warmer from OnlyTowelWarmers.com, and if its heating element fails after the manufacturer's warranty has ended — any time within 5 years of your purchase date — we will ship you a replacement heating element, free.
One replacement element per warmer. No registration, no forms, no fine-print games. We look up your order, verify the warmer, and ship the element. You or your electrician installs it — and if you need guidance, our team knows these warmers inside and out.
How it works
1. Your factory warranty comes first. While the manufacturer's warranty is in force, it covers the element — and we'll help you through that process, as always.
2. After it ends, we take over. Any time up to 5 years from your purchase date, a failed heating element earns one free replacement element from us.
3. Just contact us with your order number. No registration was ever required, so there's nothing you needed to do when you bought it.

A note on Tuzio: Tuzio warmers carry ICO's limited lifetime warranty on all parts, including the heating element — stronger than this promise — so they are not part of the 5-Year Element Promise. If a Tuzio element ever fails, contact us and we will help you claim a free replacement through ICO.
