I'm not normally one to write reviews, but we purchased a Tuzio towel warmer from OTW a few months back and have been so intensely pleased with the product and its performance. But the real reason I'm writing this is the customer service - Michael was extremely helpful in helping us understand lead time from multiple manufacturers and then helping us to expedite shipping from Tuzio when we needed it. I mean really, second to none. I am so happy that we decided to shop with OTW and I would absolutely do so again!

Very pleased with the product and customer service. The first unit we received had a small ding. OTW was very quick to arrange for a replacement and a return. Unfortunately UPS blew the delivery and the pickup multiple times. Ultimately Michael from OTW stuck with me until we got it resolved. Suggest using another shipper.

Excellent support and service, a true old fashioned approach to business with quick and personal responses. As an example, I needed the towel warmer quickly as the installer was coming soon, I asked about expedited shipping and the owner recommended against it saying it was too expensive and to stick wit normal shipping. 36 hours later my towel warmer arrived in perfect condition and ready for installation.

Customer service, they were wonderful when it was necessary to return the towel warmer because their measurements were unfortunately off a bit (defective), but they took it back and we expect a full return amount upon their acceptance of the returned merchandise, plus they sent us a prepaid return label.

The day I placed my order, someone emailed me and said the particular item was on backorder, but he said he could ship a very similar item within a few days, so I went with that one. The customer service is personalized, very responsive and helpful.

I needed a 100W element replacement for my discontinued Mr. Steam W500 towel warmer that didn't cost more than the towel warmer did in the first place. An Amba je130 worked since it has the same 1/2" 14-threads-per-inch BSP or NST gasketed male fitting. The towel warmer works better than new with the extra 30W and is now between 130 and 150 degrees.

We purchased the oil rubbed bronze Amba Jeeves to match our other fixtures. So far we love it. Only Towel Warmers gives great service, and sells a great product! Highly recommended!

Overall the customer service and responsiveness were both excellent. I purchased a single towel warmer in white, which did not match the photos very well. It was more of an egg shell/beige than white (make sure you ask before hand so you can avoid the same issue), so I needed to return the item. Michael was really helpful and even covered a portion of the return shipping to help me out. I purchased the same model in a chrome finish and it looks great! I will be ordering from OnlyTowelWarmers.com again, and recommending to friends as well.
