About Only Towel Warmers

I’ve always been drawn to things that radiate heat.

Whether it’s the tropical sun in Hawaii, a fresh cup of coffee, a spicy meal, or the deep heat of a sauna, there is something inherently comforting about warmth. So, when I decided to build a business, it only felt natural to focus on bringing that same sense of comfort into people’s homes.

The Specialized Approach In January 2013, I launched the first version of Only Towel Warmers. At the time, if you wanted a luxury bathroom fixture, you had two choices: a massive big-box retailer where you were just a line item, or a high-end showroom with a high-end markup.

I saw an opportunity to do something better: a specialized, boutique shopping experience for towel warmers and LED mirrors.

People told us it wouldn't work. They said you couldn't build a thriving business around such a specific niche. But as a family-owned business based just outside of Nashville, we weren't interested in being a "jack-of-all-trades." We wanted to be masters of one. To ensure quality, we developed a stringent filtering system, choosing to partner with only a handful of the world's best brands like Amba, Mr. Steam, and Artos. If it doesn't meet our standards, we don't sell it.

A Decade of Warmth In February 2013, we sold our very first towel warmer online. Since then, we have helped thousands of customers transform their bathrooms into personal spas.
