The towel warmer is excellent and the customer service provided by Only Towel Warmers was exceptional. But, if you get this great towel warmer don't go by the measurements provided in the enclosed instructions or the measurements in the instructions on the Artos website. We had to patch holes and start over, after realizing the discrepancy. Once installed - We love it!
The Artos towel warmer arrived promptly and I installed it myself. It is a well-made product and keeps towels both warm and dry as well as provides an additional source of heat for a chilly bathroom. I am delighted with this product and service.
