You spend a lot of time in your bathroom each day. It’s the place you get ready to start your day in, and the place you go to when you want to unwind at the end of it all. So it makes sense that you’ll want your bathroom to truly cater to your needs no matter what time of day you use it, or what it is you do when you get there. This means that every part of your bathroom should be doing more than just the basics. So the place you hang or store your towels should be doing more than simply holding them until you’re ready to use them; it should be drying, warming, and readying those towels for your use.

Wollaston 4 Rail Wall Mounted Towel Warmer does just that. Every towel that you hang from the Four cross rails will be warm, dry, and waiting for you whenever you want it. Now you can start your day with a warm hand towel to dry your face, and end your day by stepping from a relaxing shower into a warm, fluffy towel to wrap yourself in. Isn’t it time that your bathroom started working for you? Invest in a handcrafted towel warmer from Sterlingham to help all of your bathroom dreams come true. Stay warm and cozy with our collection of wall-mounted towel warmers.

About Sterlingham
Sterlingham is a British made product that strives for excellence and perfection in every piece. The 28 year old company was found by Kelvin Pearce, who personally designed each of the towel warmers, bathroom accessories, and washstands the company makes. Every piece produced by Sterlingham passes through the facilities machine shop, polishing shop, fabrication bay, and assembly bay with the majority of their parts and pieces being made in-house and by hand. Every product is first handcrafted, then hand assembled, before undergoing a final inspection. Their motto is to produce products that are 100% perfect 100% of the time, so every Sterlingham towel warmer you purchase is going to have the kind of quality you crave for your home.

The Only Towel Warmers Peace-of-Mind Guarantee

Luxurious comfort, backed by unmatched protection.

At Only Towel Warmers, we believe purchasing a luxury bath fixture should be as seamless and comforting as stepping into a warm towel. We stand behind our curated collection of premium towel warmers and LED mirrors with industry-leading policies designed around your complete satisfaction.

🌟 What Sets Us Apart: The Zero-Cost Warranty Promise

When you buy from big-box retailers or general marketplace sites, a warranty issue often means hidden costs—most competitors require you to pay out-of-pocket return shipping just to replace a defective unit under warranty.

We do things differently. If your towel warmer or LED Mirror experiences any manufacturer defects within the warranty period, Only Towel Warmers covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We coordinate the return process directly so you can get a replacement unit without spending a dime on shipping fees. That’s our family-owned commitment to quality.

🛡️ 60-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

Don't love it? We give you 60 full days to ensure your unit fits your space and design vision perfectly—double the industry standard.

• Zero Restocking Fees ($0 Cost to You): While most online retailers and big-box stores charge hidden restocking fees of 15% to 25% on returned bath fixtures, Only Towel Warmers waives all restocking fees on standard towel warmers and LED mirrors. We absorb those costs entirely so you can shop for your home with total peace of mind.

• Return Conditions: Items must be in brand-new, uninstalled condition with original packaging, hardware, and tags included. Return shipping for non-defective preference returns is paid by the customer.

• How to Initiate: Simply email customerservice@onlytowelwarmers.com or call/text us at 615-924-8697. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and clear step-by-step instructions.

Because custom and bespoke fixtures are built specifically to your tailored dimensions and finishes, the following items are non-returnable once produced (unless defective):

• Custom-ordered units and custom color/finish selections.

• Runtal: Custom-made units (White finish, Fain stainless, Omnipanel chrome, and Neptune chrome remain returnable).

• Sterlingham: Bespoke units (orders can be modified or canceled within 3 days of placement).
