The bars are spaced far enough apart to accommodate a variety of items while remaining close enough together to maximize the surface space. This helps to ensure that each items will be heated and dried evenly—no cold or damp spots left behind. Each towel warmer is custom-made when you order it, allowing you to choose one of the eleven available finishes that works best for you. With five different settings, you can get a customized experience for each member of your family. • Soft touch five setting (off/lo/med/hi/timer on hi for 3 hours) digital control..
• Runtal towel warmers are custom made and are nonreturnable with the exception of White finish and the Fain collection in stainless and the Omnipanel and Neptune in chrome.
• Warranty: 5 years
• New Runtal Controller (see last picture): The Thermostat is capable of reading room temperature and adjusting as a thermostat would. You can manually change the temperature setting on the towel warmer or from your phone. Programming from 1 to 8 hours in 1-hour increments will be possible(This was not a possibility with the older version).

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  Most towel warmers will ship out within three to five business days. Custom towel warmers and brands such as Wesaunard are made to order, which will increase the turnaround time.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail.  

Tracking Information

We will send you tracking information within 12 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to customerservice@onlytowelwarmers.com and we will process an insurance claim on your  behalf.
