With the ability to program up to 50 separate on/off events throughout the week, this timer control is a great way to both customize your comfort level and to maximize energy savings. This model comes with an easy-to-read backlit LCD screen. It also features an astronomical clock that can be programmed to your timezone’s sunrise/sunset times.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  Most towel warmers will ship out within three to five business days. Custom towel warmers and brands such as Wesaunard are made to order, which will increase the turnaround time.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail.  

Tracking Information

We will send you tracking information within 12 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to customerservice@onlytowelwarmers.com and we will process an insurance claim on your  behalf.

• Return Conditions: Items must be in brand-new, uninstalled condition with original packaging, hardware, and tags included. Return shipping for non-defective preference returns is paid by the customer.

• How to Initiate: Simply email customerservice@onlytowelwarmers.com or call/text us at 615-924-8697. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and clear step-by-step instructions.

Because custom and bespoke fixtures are built specifically to your tailored dimensions and finishes, the following items are non-returnable once produced (unless defective):

• Custom-ordered units and custom color/finish selections.

• Sterlingham: Bespoke units (orders can be modified or canceled within 3 days of placement).
