If your morning routine includes a shower around 7 AM, set the timer to turn on your heated towel rack a good 1-2 hours BEFORE you would use your towel - This makes sure that there has been enough time for the unit to get to maximum temperature AND transfer that heat to your towel.

You would then set it to turn off 1-2 hours AFTER you would be done showering, assuring that your towel dries completely before the heated towel rack turns itself off.

If you feel like you don't want to set a program, this timer can be put into 'manual' mode, which makes the entire front cover act as a toggle switch.

Our return policy is clear and concise. 

  • Good News! We now waive the restocking fee on all towel warmers and Led Mirrors with the exception of custom towel warmers (see below)
  • As long as the towel warmer or led mirror is in new condition (never been used or installed) with original product tags, sanitary protection, and packaging that has not been installed, used or modified, you may return the product at your expense within 60 days of receipt.

Custom towel warmers are non-returnable (unless defective).  

  • Runtal towel warmers are custom-made and non-returnable, except for the White finish and the Fain collection in stainless, and the Omnipanel and Neptune in chrome. 
  • Myson, if the Myson towel warmer has an 8 or longer week lead time, it is considered custom and is non-returnable except for being defective. 
  • Sterlingham towel warmers are considered custom and are nonreturnable unless defective.  Once an order is placed for a Sterlingham towel warmer we have three days to modify or cancel it. 
Please email us at customerservice@onlytowelwarmers.com and we will issue a RMA number along with instructions.   Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, modification,  the refund credit process will begin.

Impossible to program

I very much regret purchasing this timer switch. I can program the clock, but it is impossible to program any on and off events. I have attempted to follow the instructions shown on the YouTube video, but the functions on my unit to not match those shown on the video. I strongly recommend to not purchase this timer.

I have a PhD and ran a research with computerized instruments. I even developed a computer automation system. My point is, I am competent to program a simple timer. This product is worthless.

perfect compliment to towel warmer!

This programmable switch is excellent to pair with a towel warmer! there is a simple schedule (same time every day) or a advanced schedule (where you can really configure each day specifically). easy interface (once you figure it out), and easy to turn on/off manually if need be.

The timer is not easy to program,have patience! But once you get it programmed it works great!

Timer is a must.

I have only had the warmer installed a few weeks, but it has been working well. The timer has more options than I will ever use. It is so nice to get up in the morning for a shower and the towels are already warm. I have a lot more to figure out, but the instructions are pretty clear. The print is so small, it does make it a little difficult to read.

So far it is working well. We are just trying to figure out how long to put it on to make our towels dry and warm. My husband usually showers at night and I shower in the morning so he has it set to come on for both times. That is great!

Wonderful product and service

I thought my wife was nuts, a towel warmer?!?! I Love It! Works great. On top of that we ordered an accessory separately and the folks at onlytowelwarmers.com somehow connected the two separate orders and contacted me to let me know that the two were not compatible. How crazy is that in today's world!

My Leviton 24-hour programmable timer is now loosing the programming during brief power outages… is there a battery in it, and if so where?

Yes, the Levito programmable timer has a battery.

Here's how to replace the battery:

- Use a flat head screwdriver to open the trap door.
- Carefully open the access door at the top of the battery tray with the flat head.
- Pop out the battery.
- Put the flat end of a new CR2 battery into the narrow end of the tray.
- Slide the tray back into the timer.
- Close the trap door. The display should turn on again

No, this timer only works with 110v towel warmers.
