• Return Conditions: Items must be in brand-new, uninstalled condition with original packaging, hardware, and tags included. Return shipping for non-defective preference returns is paid by the customer.

Because custom and bespoke fixtures are built specifically to your tailored dimensions and finishes, the following items are non-returnable once produced (unless defective):

• Sterlingham: Bespoke units (orders can be modified or canceled within 3 days of placement).
