• Available in Runtal White, Wine Red, Grey White, Runtal Steel, Cream White, Grey Blue, Glacier Grey, Grey Brown, Almond & Moss Green.
• Wi-Fi Smart Control: operate the warmer on the unit or from your phone with the TUYA / Smart Life app — run it as a towel warmer with a programmable 1–8 hour timer, or as a room heater with thermostat temperature control.
• Runtal towel warmers are custom made and are nonreturnable with the exception of White finish and the Fain collection in stainless and the Omnipanel and Neptune in chrome.
• Warranty: 5 years
• New Runtal Controller (see last picture): The Thermostat is capable of reading room temperature and adjusting as a thermostat would. You can manually change the temperature setting on the towel warmer or from your phone. Programming from 1 to 8 hours in 1-hour increments will be possible(This was not a possibility with the older version).

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  Most towel warmers will ship out within three to five business days. Custom towel warmers and brands such as Wesaunard are made to order, which will increase the turnaround time.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail.  

Tracking Information

We will send you tracking information within 12 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to customerservice@onlytowelwarmers.com and we will process an insurance claim on your  behalf.

Please note — Runtal: custom-made units are non-returnable once produced (unless defective). White finish, Fain stainless, Omnipanel chrome, and Neptune chrome remain returnable.

Contact us to start your return and we will email you a prepaid return label, free for return shipping up to $75 — which covers the great majority of returns. If return shipping for your item would exceed $75 (some oversized units), we will tell you the exact additional cost before issuing the label, and the $75 credit still applies.

• Return Conditions: Items must be in brand-new, uninstalled condition with original packaging, hardware, and tags included.

Because custom and bespoke fixtures are built specifically to your tailored dimensions and finishes, the following items are non-returnable once produced (unless defective):

• Custom-ordered units and custom color/finish selections.

• Runtal: Custom-made units (White finish, Fain stainless, Omnipanel chrome, and Neptune chrome remain returnable).

• Sterlingham: Bespoke units (orders can be modified or canceled within 3 days of placement).

Shipping & Freight Inspection Protocol

To guarantee your investment arrives in flawless condition:

• Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

• 7-Day Damage Window: Shipping damage must be reported to our team within 7 business days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and dispatch your replacement immediately.
