Because custom and bespoke fixtures are built specifically to your tailored dimensions and finishes, the following items are non-returnable once produced (unless defective):

  • Custom-ordered units and custom color/finish selections.

  • Sterlingham: Bespoke units (orders can be modified or canceled within 3 days of placement).
