Michael and his team are the definition of great customer service! I started my research last year. I emailed Michael several times and he was always prompt in his replies, sometimes within minutes. My project got delayed so when we restarted I had another round of questions over chats and emails. Again, very prompt, helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate this level of service and highly recommend this shop!
As for my Amba Sirio towel warmer, it is gorgeous! The restart was interrupted yet again, this time due to Covid 19 so hopefully the warmer will get installed soon.

I was pretty upset when my towel warmer quit working one day, it was 10 years old and I thought I'd need to replace the whole thing, after contacting only towel warmers, they said it was just the heating element. I was able to fix it for only 85 bucks! That made me (and my wife) very happy to have our towel warmer back! Shipping was very fast and best of all FREE! This is a great product and company to deal with.
I purchase two of these to put in our Mountain house. Michael was very helpful in promptly answering questions. After a couple weeks, my wife insisted we put these in our main house as well.
