Excellent support and service, a true old fashioned approach to business with quick and personal responses. As an example, I needed the towel warmer quickly as the installer was coming soon, I asked about expedited shipping and the owner recommended against it saying it was too expensive and to stick wit normal shipping. 36 hours later my towel warmer arrived in perfect condition and ready for installation.

Customer service, they were wonderful when it was necessary to return the towel warmer because their measurements were unfortunately off a bit (defective), but they took it back and we expect a full return amount upon their acceptance of the returned merchandise, plus they sent us a prepaid return label.

I was extremely please with the customer service. Quick response by phone and by email. The towel warmer arrived on time and was well packaged. (It is beautiful). However, since we are building a new house, it has not yet been installed. I love dealing with this family owned business and the owner is polite and very helpful. I highly recommend them!
