Our return policy is clear and concise. 

  • Good News! We now waive the restocking fee on all towel warmers and Led Mirrors with the exception of custom towel warmers (see below)
  • As long as the towel warmer or led mirror is in new condition (never been used or installed) with original product tags, sanitary protection, and packaging that has not been installed, used or modified, you may return the product at your expense within 60 days of receipt.

Custom towel warmers are non-returnable (unless defective).  

  • Runtal towel warmers are custom-made and non-returnable, except for the White finish and the Fain collection in stainless, and the Omnipanel and Neptune in chrome. 
  • Myson, if the Myson towel warmer has an 8 or longer week lead time, it is considered custom and is non-returnable except for being defective. 
  • Sterlingham towel warmers are considered custom and are nonreturnable unless defective.  Once an order is placed for a Sterlingham towel warmer we have three days to modify or cancel it. 
Please email us at customerservice@onlytowelwarmers.com and we will issue a RMA number along with instructions.   Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, modification,  the refund credit process will begin.

Had to replace my towel warmer heating element. Only Towel Warmers had exactly what I needed, was easy to find the specific part, and shipping was fast. Packing slip showed that installation instructions were included but they were not. Would encourage OTW to pack items more securely - part was loose in the box (no packing material) and box was crushed in transit.

I thought it was dead for good

I was pretty upset when my towel warmer quit working one day, it was 10 years old and I thought I'd need to replace the whole thing, after contacting only towel warmers, they said it was just the heating element. I was able to fix it for only 85 bucks! That made me (and my wife) very happy to have our towel warmer back! Shipping was very fast and best of all FREE! This is a great product and company to deal with.

It works!

When our towel warmer quit working I prepared for the worst.
It was about ten years old and didn't know what to expect.
I called the customer service representative and explained that it wasn't working. The friendly rep said we needed a new heating element...
I asked how she knew that and she replied that it couldn't be anything else.
Fair enough.

I ordered it (it was even on special) and it was promptly shipped.

I waited to install it until our handyman came out for another job and together we installed it in about 15 minutes. And although the instructions were reasonably clear, we even watched the YouTube video just to be sure.

At any rate it works fine now.I

Good service and I'm pleased they offer replacement units instead of making you buy a new one.

We only offer heating elements for Amba Jeeves, Tuzio, Artos. Unfortuantely, we cannot offer a heating element recommendation if it's another brand.

In the process of taking the heating element out of the towel warmer, a small amount of oil was spilled. What type of oil does it hold and to what level should it be?

Inside the Amba Jeeves is a mixture of glycol/water.  If only a little bit of fluid leaked out, you can top it up with just water. 

The unit should be filled up until it reaches the halfway mark up the horizontal tube.

The Amba Jeeves double gang plate is an accessory that replaces the single plate that comes standard with all Amba Jeeves models. This allows a switch or control unit to be installed directly next to the heated towel rack for easier access.

What do I do, if all the liquid drains out of the Amba Jeeves towel warmer?

You must use 20% glycol which is available in the form of anti-freeze that is used in car radiators otherwise the water may freeze. It’s very important that you don’t overfill the Jeeves towel warmer as there must be room for expansion when the fluid heats up.   The correct level of fluid with the element already fitted is 1/3 of the way up into the last bar.    This can be monitored by removing the plug on the other side and shining a light into the unit.
