- Good News! We now waive the restocking fee on all towel warmers and bidets with the exception of custom towel warmers (see below)

As long as the towel warmer or bidet is in new condition (never been used or installed) with original product tags, sanitary protection, and packaging that has not been installed, used or modified, you may return the product at your expense within 60 days of receipt.

Wesanuard towel warmers are nonreturnable and in most cases the order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed.
- Runtal towel warmers are custom made and are nonreturnable with the exception of White finish and the Fain collection in stainless and the Omnipanel and Neptune in chrome.
- Myson if the towel warmer has a 8 week lead time, it is considered custom and is nonreturnable with the exception of being defective.
- Sterlingham custom sizes are custom and custom towel warmers are nonreturnable unless defective.
- Vogue towel warmers are not returnable unless defective.
Please email us at customerservice@onlytowelwarmers.com and we will issue a RMA number along with instructions. Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, modification, the refund credit process will begin.

Just wanted to write a follow up to my first review. Could not be happier with our Runtal Neptune towel warmers we purchased through Only Towel Warmers. Runtal White because this was cost effective, attractive on our cabin walls, and conducts more heat than the metal colored ones. At first I would set the towel warmers each time I used one for 3 hrs on high setting but for our climate in the NC mountains I have found that that that continuation running “low” setting works best. Definitely drys out the towels and Lee them smelling fresh and gently heats the room, especially needed in our smaller bathroom that has no central heat like the rest of the house. I have not noticed any noticeable uptick in our electric bill. Maybe because I’m not having to use our dryer as frequently. The Runtal Towel warmer solves the space problem of where to hang damp towels. If you are hesitant to buy them, don’t! Best investment in our house we ever made. Suggestion…always use a professional licensed electrician to install. Our towel warmers are hardwired and the clean look is great, no dandling wires. Also, buy the taller Runtal Neptune if you have a high ceiling or, especially, if you will be hanging more that 3 towels on them. The size chart is correct that this model handles 2-3 towels. The Runtal Neptune is the perfect size for our small bathrooms. I chose Runtal for its great reputation and because their towel warmers can warm up a chilly mountain cabin bathroom! The units are quiet and radiate a gentle warmth. The design is simple and as described. We really like the “Runtal White” color against the wood. Last night, using the towel warmers for the first time, we found they dried the towels effectively and efficiently. This feature will especially come in handy during the damp summers here in the NC Appalachian mountains. Thanks for the guidance in helping make our selection, Rick. Tired of damp towels and the endless washing of towels that come with a humid climate, my husband and I did extensive research on towel warmers and are extremely pleased with our choice. We really liked the multiple heating settings (high, medium and low plus 3 hours at high heat). It looks great in our bathroom and works extremely well.
