Faceplate is fine but missing parts

The stainless faceplate looks good and functional but it was shipped without a bracket for behind the "circle" side. You will notice that the screw holes above and below the circle are at a non-standard distance apart. The bracket is needed to address that. I had to call Amba Products to get the missing part.

Best Option Ever

We had a towel warmer installed about 15 years ago which just quit working last month. After looking online, we thought we would have to replace the entire warmer at over $800.
