The Runtal Versus has a unique open design. It is available in two electric and two hydronic versions. Electric models are offered in either direct wire or plugin versions and have Runtal’s exclusive soft touch fi ve setting (off/lo/ med/hi/timer on hi for 3 hours) digital control. Bottom piping is offered on hydronic models. One has the choice of having the horizontal tubes going either to the right or the left direction of the verticals. The direction of the horizontals should be specifi ed when ordering the electric versions. Hydronic models are reversible. As well as bathroom usage, the Versus is very popular for entryways and mudrooms.

Amazing service, and great product!

I'm not normally one to write reviews, but we purchased a Tuzio towel warmer from OTW a few months back and have been so intensely pleased with the product and its performance. Very pleased with the product and customer service. The first unit we received had a small ding. OTW was very quick to arrange for a replacement and a return. Unfortunately UPS blew the delivery and the pickup multiple times. Ultimately Michael from OTW stuck with me until we got it resolved. Suggest using another shipper.
