The Omnipanel II offers three voltages 120, 208 and 240 and two options for operation: The D model has a built in lit toggle switch . The H model is supplied without a control on the unit and provides a solution for applications where building codes won't permit unit mounted controls such as placement above a tub. One color matched towel bar accent is included with each Omnipanel II and may be snapped on anywhere desired (with the exception of the bottom tube).

Amazing service, and great product!

I'm not normally one to write reviews, but we purchased a Tuzio towel warmer from OTW a few months back and have been so intensely pleased with the product and its performance. But the real reason I'm writing this is the customer service - Michael was extremely helpful in helping us understand lead time from multiple manufacturers and then helping us to expedite shipping from Tuzio when we needed it. I mean really, second to none. I am so happy that we decided to shop with OTW and I would absolutely do so again!

Very pleased with the product and customer service. The first unit we received had a small ding. OTW was very quick to arrange for a replacement and a return. Unfortunately UPS blew the delivery and the pickup multiple times. Ultimately Michael from OTW stuck with me until we got it resolved. Suggest using another shipper.
