Not only is the warmer beautiful to look at but I misjudged the size and needed a larger one which they accommodated pleasantly and efficiently. Amazing service, and great product!

I'm not normally one to write reviews, but we purchased a Tuzio towel warmer from OTW a few months back and have been so intensely pleased with the product and its performance. But the real reason I'm writing this is the customer service - Michael was extremely helpful in helping us understand lead time from multiple manufacturers and then helping us to expedite shipping from Tuzio when we needed it. I mean really, second to none. I am so happy that we decided to shop with OTW and I would absolutely do so again!
