Totally Satisfied

Michael was a great help for a retrofit problem, where I was trying to replace a 25 year old defective DIMPLEX towel warmer that is no longer produced. He was able to suggest a near exact replacement from MYSON that is hardwired into the prior location, a huge improvement over the cord attachment of the former towel warmer. The new MYSON unit performs better and looks better. Am 100% satisfied thanks to the support by Michael.

Beautiful Towel Warmer

We purchased the Amba Sirio 2142 Model. We did a lot of research online and decided on Only Towel Warmers because they are a small company here in the USA! The towel warmer is absolutely gorgeous! It is not installed yet, as we are still in the middle of the master bath remodel. We decided we had to have a towel warmer after traveling around Italy and every place we stayed had one. They were pure luxury. We thought we were clever to dry our clothes on them when in fact through our research, we learned that is how the Italian's use them!

Toasty Towels

Our Jeeves towel warmer is exactly as described in both function and installation. The hole in the double wall plate was too tight and needed a little filing. I’m trying to find a place for a second one
