I was pretty upset when my towel warmer quit working one day, it was 10 years old and I thought I'd need to replace the whole thing, after contacting only towel warmers, they said it was just the heating element. I was able to fix it for only 85 bucks! That made me (and my wife) very happy to have our towel warmer back! Shipping was very fast and best of all FREE! I purchase two of these to put in our Mountain house. Michael was very helpful in promptly answering questions. After a couple weeks, my wife insisted we put these in our main house as well. I purchased one of these for a bathroom addition, in response to the positive reviews of both product and service on the website. I then decided to purchase a second warmer for an existing bathroom. On both occasions, Michael was very helpful in responding to questions and for the second device , he supplied extr brackets to fit our needs (covering over holes from prior towel bar).
