I highly recommend Only Towel Warmers if you are on the market for a towel warmer. Not only do they have great stock and competitive prices but also outstanding customer service! I ran into an issue where I thought I would have to go with a different color, but an email to the owner, Michael, and he put it on hold for me until I was able to verify the color I needed. Every email was answered promptly & he went out of his way to accommodate me during my bathroom renovation.

Best Option Ever

We had a towel warmer installed about 15 years ago which just quit working last month. After looking online, we thought we would have to replace the entire warmer at over $800. Then, we found this website and realized we just needed to replace the heating element. What a huge cost savings. Now our towel warmer works just like new.

Excellent product and service

Very pleased with our heated towel rack, we ordered the Amba Quadro 2054 w/ timer. We love it!!
